PERTUBUHAN KEBANGSAAN AGENSI PEKERJAAN MALAYSIA
(MALAYSIA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF EMPLOYMENT AGENCIES)
a. To cooperate with and support the Government in the formulation and implementations of Policies and Regulations related to Manpower in Malaysia (both Local and Foreign).
b. To assist the Government and Rakyat in providing employment opportunities based on expertise, skills and qualifications of this manpower.
c. Foster cooperation and understanding among Private Employment Agencies (APS) to create an environment what will ultimately benefit not only the Government and Rakyat but the Agencies as well.
d. To look after and monitor the welfare of all Members of PIKAPS MALAYSIA.
e. To enhance the confidence of the Government and the Rakyat in Private Employment Agencies by implementing culture of Transparency Efficiently and Reliability.
f. To always make positive contributions towards improvement and betterment of those in need.

This Association, originally known as the Persatuan Agensi Pekerja Asing Malaysia (Malaysian Association of Foreign Worker Agencies) was registered in 1994 with the aim of:-
a. Bringing together all employment agencies licensed by the Department of Manpower, Ministry of Human Resources and registered with the Malaysian Immigration Department to recruit and bring in foreign workers including house maids;
b. To cooperate with the Government to ensure that supply of foreign labour is controlled and according to the laws of Malaysia
c. To create a platform for members to voice their grievences vis-a-vis their business activities and to work for the common benefit of all members
d. To discipline members who step out of line whether in their behaviour as member or run their business in a manner which will bring disrepute to the Association in particular and the foreign maid industry in general.
